Help creating your login
Speekee TV accounts are charged on subscription and we use PayPal to look after the subscriptions. Your email address ties your PayPal subscription to your Speekee TV login. Very occasionally this can cause difficulties setting up your account, and if you are reading this blog post it’s probably because you are looking for help.
The email address you type into the screen above must be your Primary email address from your PayPal account. This can cause confusion if you have more than one email on your PayPal account. To check this, login to PayPal and click Profile, then My Details. You’ll then see all your contact details, including email addresses. Like below (I’ve blurred out my actual email addresses). Choose the one that is labelled “Primary”, type it into the screen shown above and hopefully things will work just fine.
